This draft records the intended data-minimisation and consent model. It must be completed with the data controller’s legal identity and live service providers before enquiry delivery is activated.
Readiness assessment
The readiness assessment runs in the browser. Solar Cue does not receive or store the answers.
Enquiry information
When enabled, the enquiry form will collect only the contact and property context needed to respond. It will not request MyKad details, complete utility bills, full addresses or unnecessary financial information.
Purpose and choice
Responding to an enquiry, sending optional guide updates and sharing information with a future installer are separate purposes. Marketing permission will remain optional. Installer sharing will require a separate explicit choice made with the relevant recipient disclosed.
Retention and access
The final notice will state the retention period, storage provider, authorised access, correction and deletion process, and contact method for privacy requests before any personal information is accepted.
