Primary sources first
Programme, tariff, export, incentive and regulatory claims begin with the responsible Malaysian authority or utility. Installer marketing may be reviewed as market context, but it is not used as the authority for a regulated fact.
Date-sensitive by design
Every page containing current policy or financial information shows a review date. Moving inputs are tied to their effective period, and an older review is not presented as current merely because the page remains online.
Facts, assumptions and judgement stay separate
A verified programme rule is different from an estimate, a user-supplied assumption or an editorial recommendation. Solar Cue labels those categories instead of blending them into a confident-looking result.
Installer neutrality
No installer can pay for an editorial ranking. A SEDA directory entry is described as a directory entry—not an endorsement. If Solar Cue later receives a referral fee, that relationship will be disclosed before a user chooses to share an enquiry.
Corrections
A material correction will update the page review date and explain the changed claim where the history would help readers. Typographical fixes that do not change meaning may be corrected without a formal notice.
Claims Solar Cue will not invent
- Savings, prices, payback periods or system performance.
- Professional credentials, licences or certifications.
- Installer relationships, partnerships or recommendations.
- Testimonials, projects, case studies or customer outcomes.
